3 stars because of the parking situation no where near enough spaces no assigned parking. after 5pm your outta luck you’ll have to park away from your bldg people park in handicap spaces at will. Other wise great apartment

Colleen and Brian are the best! They gave me all the information I'd need for deciding whether to rent a unit here at Olde Towne, from nearby shopping and establishment locations, to a full breakdown of their available amenities. Villages at Olde Towne is practically a resort: it's brand new, has numerous pro's to utilize your time, and new units are being taken like that. The demand is pretty high; I've been here for about two months and I've seen this place come to life! I would definitely recommend a visit to the Olde Towne office if you're interested in renting a unit, check out their website as well!!
