Who ever is the stand in guy for the actual manager is horrible at his job. Whats even better is im paying renovated rent for an apartment that isn't even renovated. The guy up front tells me oh sorry your in an old unit nothing we can do. Almost be worth it to pay the ridiculous ealry termination fee and get out before it gets any worse.

I really love this community and these apartments. This is a quite place to live and the service is great. Anytime we have an issues they fix it right away, When we talk to the apartments manager she is ALWAYS courtesy and friendly. I know alot has changed but that is what happens when companies sell. I am glad when I call and speak to manager she tries her hardest to get back to me in a timely manner. Thanks Katherine for all you do and your friendly 😃

Let me first say, my husband and I LOVED living here for the first couple of years that we did. But that ALL changed as soon as it got bought out by ValCap Group LLC. Our rent was going to go up $300!! We had a small 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor that we would've had to pay $1,100 (before water, etc.), but our friend lived in apartments not five minutes from there and her rent was lower than that for a 2 bedroom on the first floor, so we were definitely being ripped off. Not to mention the AWFUL management. They took their sweet time sending us our security deposit, and we had to stay on top of them. They NEVER answer their phones, and when they do, they're no help. A gentleman would take our calls and had NO clue what he was talking about. I read the other bad reviews that say pretty much the same so believe us when we say, DON'T move here.

*Had a chain smoker living below us that management would do nothing about. Our apartment and all of our belongings smelled like cigarettes. We are not smokers and we saw a major decline in our upper respiratory health during our lease. *Increased the rent by $300/month plus a bunch of new monthly charges. *Had to constantly email the manager each month because she was always trying to overcharge us for water. *Had to correct the amount for the security deposit because yet again we were being overcharged for water. *Took a while to get our security deposit back and I constantly had to keep in contact with the manager because it “got lost” in the mail the first time. If you do decide to live here I would definitely recommend checking your monthly rent statements and always correct any issues.
