Once we get a good manager, we find out that she's leaving in 2 weeks. Katherine"Kathy"Valdez is and was a very good manager. She made sure that her tenants were taken care of. I had a flooding problem and other things going on in my apartment that she took care of. She made sure that her boss knew and saw what was going on with her tenants. She got the job done and now I have no more flooding to my apartment. So to find out that she's leaving is a big loss to her tenants.

(Different) new owners/management took over less than a year ago and have already made a lot of improvements, and they're still doing more. Yes, it is an older complex, but maintenance is taken care of quickly and efficiently. Kathy in the office is awesome!
