I have moved back to the Villa’s. Sabrina did everything she could to make this easier for me. My apartment looks perfect. It’s great to be back.

In love with Sabrina! She was very helpful and got us our apartment. It was a process but she never gave up and kept me informed the whole way. Cant wait to move in!

THE VILLAS OF GREENVILLE IS A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD TO LIVE!!!! THE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE ARE CONCERNED THAT THEIR TENANTS ARE LIVING IN A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT!!!!THERE ARE MANY ACTIVITIES TO OCCUPY YOUR TIME AND IT IS A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN GET ACQUAINTED WITH PEOPLE THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME 💘

Are these apartments income base ? Is there a waiting list? My husband and I are both on social security we are both disabled we live in McKinney Tx now the owner sold the house and we have 30 days to move we also have 2 fur babies we love ❤.

You pay your own utilities and they're not that expensive and it's electric not gas
