Most awful place!!! Been here since april! I'm outta here as soon as possible!!! I do not recommend these apartments. You can hear everything!!! The money you pay can be put somewhere else!!!

Dear Corporate, Melinda the new apartments manager deserves a raise!!!! Give that woman yalls checkbooks and watch her turn these apartments reputation around 0-100 real quick. Signed a 3rd lease and I can't wait to see her progress!!!!

Worse apartments!!!!!! You’ll pay over $900 for a rundown apartments, filled with roaches rats and bed bugs. You can forget about having air. Air conditioning doesn’t work and CORPORATE doesn’t care. I’m currently here and want out of my lease. It needs to be shut down. Someone should call the health department. Oh yeah and can’t forget about the mold... don’t waste your money at these apartments. Maybe go way down on rent to $500 if they’re even worth that!!!

Every apartment is set at different prices. Ranging from 625 to 948. Run fast and dont look back. Your better off sleeping in your car then this DUMP.
I don't know about a one bedroom, but they have various two bedrooms from 800 and up.
