When I first moved here, it was livable. There was a promise of fixing certain things -never done, of course. We bought the trailer and that is used as an excuse for not doing ANYTHING! I may own the house, but I don't own the lot. I requested for the trees to get trimmed -not done, of course. We usually pay our rent online. It's supposed to be pulled out ON the first. This month it wasn't even attempted until the third. As a result, the money wasn't there and we are being forced to pay a NSF fee for their mistake. Also, they never notified us that the rent didn't get paid. I had to look at it on the app to make sure. The manager is rude, condescending, and visibly hates to be here. There is also an ant problem on the estate that the management can't be bothered with. These things have taken over an entire line of houses, while trees, and have even been spotted trying to take over cars. Management notified - nothing happens. Same story every day.
