My truck blew the hose that goes between the intercooler and the engine when I was merging onto the interstate in Rayville. I pulled over, grabbed a picture of the broken piece and texted it to the parts department at Banner. By the time my truck could limp into Monroe, they had the part pulled and ready to put on. They installed it on my truck in less than 10 minutes, a miracle considering the engine was HOT from pulling a trailer and they had to do the work in the parking lot because of that same trailer. Literally 20 minutes from the time I exited the interstate, I was driving out of their parking lot. Saved my weekend for sure.

Purchased an used SUV on Saturday - 9/10/2022. Buying process went really well. We were welcomed at the door by the sale manager. Both Brian Temple and Ryan Bridges spent time to help us out.
