Do not trust them with your animals. The entire boarding facility is falling apart and dangerous. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Your animals will be mistreated. No one has any clue as to what they are doing, you will wait HOURS to be given bare minimum attention. This is just not somewhere I would trust my animals to be.

I have been to Creekside twice for after hours care on my dog as he was having back pain and our regular vet was closed. Our first experience was okay - there was a minor miscommunication, but nothing to where I wouldn't return. We returned for the same issue about 2 weeks later and that visit was such a good experience, in light of my dog's pain. Sterling took us into a room and got the initial vitals and details on my dog. Sterling was AMAZING. My VERY anxious dog immediately connected with him and I've never seen him so calm at a vet's office. If you can get Sterling, get Sterling! Our experience with the vet, Dr. Lan was also great! He truly listened to our concerns and spent time examining our dog and found out where his pain was. He helped us figure out an affordable game plan and my dog is feeling better now. Same with Sterling - if you can get Dr. Lan, get Dr. Lan! 4 stars because our first experience was okay, and the pricing is a bit steep for some things. $400 for labs is...ouch. But my overall experience with the clinic has been a positive one and I would bring my furbaby back if we needed after hours care.

Left our dog there less than 26 hours and for day care and boarding it cost $122. Highway robbery!

This place needs to be more concerned about the animal and not about how many tests can be done and how high they can run the bill. Tests are not helpful if in the end it doesn’t change the plan or the outcome of the animal. The vet is the only one that I had issue with. Both vets I dealt with seemed much more concerned that I wouldn’t agree to thousands of dollars worth of tests that may or may not answer anything. Techs seemed caring but ultimately they aren’t the one to make a diagnosis or set the treatment plan. My dog had a high fever all night no medicine was even offered. I asked numerous times why they couldn’t give her something to bring down the temp. Even if there was a concern regarding her liver and kidney I would have gladly signed a waiver. It can’t be good for any animal to be left with such a high temp untreated. Treating pain and fever is part of quality of life issues even if diagnostically isn’t a cure. IV fluids were needed and because I wouldn’t pay $3000 upfront basically nothing was done other than a fan and Ice packs. We were lead to believe at 530 pm the plan was antibiotics and Subcutaneous fluids not IV. Why not IV, because I wouldn’t pay $500 more and since when does a bag of fluid cost that much?? 3 hours later my husband and daughter went to basically say goodbye to our family pet only to discover nothing had been done. Seemed as though they wanted money first so my husband paid $1500, signed a DNR and signed paperwork to treat her with IV fluids and an antibiotic pill ( not IV; not an injection because that costs more never mind that it maybe the best treatment for the animal). We told them we would be taking her to our own vet the next morning. This did not seem to go over well with any of them. First thing the next morning we picked her to take her to our vet only to have almost $100 of “at home meds” added to the bill. Tell me why they felt the need to add these if I’m taking her straight to another vet?? Common sense would say Let the next vet decide since we’ve made it clear we trust him more! Our vet was able to give something to treat the fever, the pain and gave an antibiotic and amazingly did all of this without questioning payment. He treated her symptoms and best guess of the diagnosis from his experience as a vet not a lot of unnecessary test. Charged under $120 And guess what she’s been able to eat, drink and walk less than 8 hrs later. Vets are often required to treat symptoms, make best guess diagnosis from knowledge and past experiences as they don’t have a patient that can give all the details and at times there aren’t enough “tests” to even give a clear answer for a definite diagnosis. This place was given to us as a recommendation by another vet clinic that did not have an appointment. Our regular vet had taken a day off and he’s a one vet clinic and his recommended emergency clinic is a little far to drive to. Next time we’ll be taking a drive! I’ve no doubt that had our regular vet seen our dog that day she would not have had to spend a night being tortured and left to suffer by dehydrating with no one doing anything to help her. I will most certainly be making it clear with the vet clinic that recommended this place that they should not as it will ultimately make them look bad as I will never trust them to give a Recommendation ever again. Stay away if your animal is truly life and death sick. They just don’t have the experience or confidence to handle these issues.

Take her to a normal vet clinic for a checkup and ask them. I recommend Davis Blvd Animal Clinic . It's by the post office in NRH.
