Brought my daughters in for acrylic nails and gel manicures. I expressed to the owner that the job was unsatisfactory. The owner offered to fix their nails on the spot. Unfortunately one of my daughters ended up with the same person that originally did her nails. This lady was very rude and unprofessional. Was talking down to my 13 year old. Asking her personal questions “ is she your mom or is she your fake mom because you don’t look like her. and making her feel bad for having to redo her messed up work. Repeatedly telling my daughter that “ you’re old enough to make your own decisions , why is your mom being annoying and keep asking you if you’re okay “ I had only known about his happening when we got home and my daughter told me the whole story. This was our first time in that salon. I am very disappointed and we will definitely not recommend this place. Also for their information…. I understood their nasty comments in their language. They didn’t know that I can understand them.
