They do a fantastic job. I really enjoyed their jerky and my wife really liked their smoked fish. Not sure why someone would rate this 1 star.

So while they prepare food for you they wear gloves but NO MSSK. That makes the item useless. You were breathing into your items you cook and no mask. Hmmm wonder who will be infected if your a carrier of virus???

We wear gloves and masks while preparing and packaging ready to eat foods. We take your and our health very seriously. We sanitize every two hours, have hand sanitizer at all entrance and the cash register.We have required masks before it was mandated. We use temperature checks and make sure we are all healthy. As for wearing a mask while cutting raw meat and fish, it is not required. We are safe and healthy. The raw food is being cooked and at 135 degrees the virus is killed.Thank you for your concern. It seems many do not take this serious.
