The most difficult company to make a payment to. Me and my wife both have sat on hold for over an hour each trying to get through to this company just to make a payment. my wife tried first because she has the money on the car to make the payment but they wouldn't let her make the payment so then I had to take the time to try to get a hold of them to find out why and they couldn't even give me a good reason why they wouldn't let her make a payment. You'd figure if an account was passed due they'd want a payment on it but nope they will make it as hard as possible to make that payment so you can get even more behind. I will never do alone through this company ever again

16 years is how long my wife and myself were with this company, got all of our personal and auto loans through them we have also always paid our bills on time we recently (about 6 months) talked about getting a home loan our first One! The one lady and said get your credit scores a little higher and save money in a side account for 6 months “we did just that!” 6 months later we start the process, filled out the application was told we’d get a call 2 days later And had to call the guy that was supposed to call us 3 days later. So there talking on the phone and the guy asks my wife about her job several times almost like we lied about something after about 5 minutes of treating us like trash over the phone we’re denied not given any possible amount of home loan not asked if we had a down payment nothing he pulled the credit practically ruining the past couple months and never gave us the chance of day we have since then put all of our money in another bank
