They do a fantastic job. I really enjoyed their jerky and my wife really liked their smoked fish. Not sure why someone would rate this 1 star.

Have no idea why they would get a 1 star. Living in Bellaire, it's #1 for great fish, meets, smoked pate, anything!!!
