Pleased that my 25 frozen chicks made it in the mail totally frozen solid. They packed them well, took them 3 days to get here and they were perfectly frozen. Now let hope my picky snake will eat them! Thanks big cheese!

You have to call the day before and order what you need, then you can go pick it up.
Yes you can go in person but you need to call in a day in advance so they can't get your order ready first

I called and had it emailed to me other wise it just showed up . Fear not tho it is well packed can easily sit in 100 + all day . Been there done it
Their website states a $25 minimum, but I have placed orders that were less than that. Just give them a call a day ahead of time to order.
No supplies at all. Just feeder rats and mice. All I have purchased from them has been nice quality
