Very nice enclosed arena. Great view from everywhere. Snacks and alcohol drinks available inside. Seating is fine. Had a great time with our family!

The stockyards rodeo experience is a "good" event. However it seems like the riders that they have for their bulls are not experienced enough to put on a good enough show for the cost of the admission. Secondly, they put on the same show week after week as far as the roping show. If you want patrons and fu ding, then put on a quality show worth the ti.e of your guests.
Aspen Colorado
Been to the rodeo twice, and love the idea behind it all, but there is SERIOUS ANIMAL ABUSE. They rope calves necks and drag them, where we saw their eyes bulging out. The rookie wranglers also slam their 200+ bodies on these small animals, crushing their ribs, and twist their necks around. Many participants were in tears over this past weekend’s event. If they get rid of this first part, the rest of the rodeo was good. The barrel races were a lot of fun.

Touristy but worth it

Christi - good evening. So it sounds like you'll be a few minutes late? Should not be a problem at all for you. When you get your tickets and go to the main door to check-in, there is an employee standing there to scan your tickets for you. The night we went, he was there all evening, as people were coming in almost the entire night. I think some people might have attended almost as an afterthought once they finished dinner in the area. We attended a couple Friday night's ago and there was more than ample seating available. I would estimate the arena was only 1/2 full if that. Of course, seats in the middle go first, but it's not too big of a space that you'll have a hard time seeing any of the action. Just so you know, restrooms are to the left of the main door entrance and then down a set of steps. There is a brief intermission about halfway thru the show, but you can go and get food or drinks anytime - typical stadium fare. Hope this helps and enjoy the rodeo!
I believe if you have a head of gray hair, dont matter.
I have been there at 6:30 and it was open by then. Going early would get you nearby parking and your choice of seats
$50. They are advertised as $35 but this is a lie because even when you buy them at the door, they tack on a ton of fees
No they are only on Friday/Satuday
I believe they said Pluto when I went to the PBR last week
I believe you can purchase online or at the exchange building. 🤔
The seating chart shows bucking chutes. We sat in section M. Perfect seats.
At the box office
I am not exactly sure about handicap seating but I was just there yesterday and the silver spur seats are folding chairs that I would think could be moved if need be for a wheelchair. I would contact them directly. They staff were very helpful and friendly.
This was very cool, old west bars, horses, long horn steers, etc. It was great
$20.00 youth show $30.00 for adult show

If it's a service animal wearing the jacket
Hello! If you are purchasing General Admission seats, it is first come, first serve at the rodeo. But if you are purchasing VIP or Box Seats there is an option to pick your seats once you start to check out. Thank you!
Yes, they just re-opened last Friday, 3 July 2020.
Rodeo every Friday and Saturday
The rodeo is usually 2 hours long. Starts at 8pm and ends by around 10pm
You are not allowed cameras inside, but you can capture specific moments on your smartphone...
I'm not certain of that
I would do the higher prices seating as they are cushioned seats. She will have to do at least 7 steps.
You go on the internet and just search up rodeo guess, then you find the correct event. They'll tell you what to do though before the rodeo starts
