This review is a direct reflection on the maintenance team at the apartment complex. I have lived here for a while and they work tirelessly to ensure that the grounds are maintained, the apartment complex is in good condition, and treat the residents with respect. Places that I have lived in the past, the maintenance team was always an issue. One person that stands out specifically is Nathan. He has always gone above and beyond when I have had issues or during inspections. He is well spoken and very personable. Nathan is a very kind and caring person and will greet all of the residents when he sees them in passing. He is an absolute value to the team and really is just an all around great guy.

Have lived here since 2020 and just resigned for another year. Our experience here has been everything we hoped for! The maintenance team is the absolute best I have experienced living in an apartment. They are extremely responsive and have completed all of our orders hassle-free. The community is friendly (lots of dogs) and we've never had to deal with loud neighbors or dirty community spaces either. The rent and location are also hard to beat! Highly recommend. Edit: I have also noticed a huge improvement in management since Mission Rock took over so don't pay attention to any reviews that are >1 year old.

I’ve been living here for 2 years. I absolutely love the area, location, view of the mountains on the walk around the complex and great amenities! The apartment are also gorgeous and spacious! The maintenance come in and resolve the issues pretty quick! Ashleigh, the assistant manger, is awesome! She is very clear on communication, fix the mistakes very quickly, and make the process smooth and quick as possible.

This should not go unheard, the Summit at Flatirons team is the best! During a time of uncertainty, last week's fire, the team did not leave us with any doubt. The amount of communication the property manager had with all of us was beyond amazing. Not only was the communication consistent throughout this time, their WHOLE staff came in on a day when the office is typically closed to ensure, all the residents had hot water and heat going door to door. The office and maintenance staff are simply amazing. I couldn't be more thankful to live where I do in a time of need. Thank you Summit team!
