Horrible customer service! It's beyond the lady manager with the black hair ability to help you out. I strongly advise you put your money in different bank. You'll save a whole lot of headache's! Gave them one star because that's the lowest setting hello as I give her negative 5 Stars!

WORST BANK I EVER DEALED WITH EVER, They are horrible in service, and now you even cant have a friend to deposit cash ? they do NOT have functional contracts with international Banks like Banamex, Bancomer, HSBC etc. in Mexico, so in fact their bank card is worthless. They charge around 20.00 USD per day, in the same moment your account drops just one USD below zero, and staff in this branch is not kind and helpful at all. Tried to speak with the CEO of this branch in person, to solve problems, and he immediately sent me with a lower staff, didn't even listen - and I was polite and not redneck at all. Sorry, being German, and moving enough money with this account to be taken serious, I am used to a different kind of service. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Are we a bank, or are we a playground ???? Next trip up to Laredo, I am going to eliminate this account with Wells Fargo - NEVER AGAIN !!!

The worst bank to come to. The wait is always ridiculously long.. there can be literally one car in front of you in the drive through and you can expect to wait there at least 20 minutes.. going inside makes no difference.
