Ricardo is the best! I had to get some signatures verified to allow EFTs from another bank and Ricardo figured out an easier way to do it and was able to handle my request immediately. And then when I messed up the paperwork he helped me do it again! I've always been happy with their service at the counters, drive up windows and the ATM.

I was always happy with Chase until today... went to close out my savings account and got a whole lot of attitude. First, I waited for nearly half an hour and it was SLOW. Then when I finally got help, the guy told me he couldn't help me because he needed to go. The guy that did help me grilled me about why I wanted to close my savings account (none of his business) and argued with me about why I should keep the account. After a lengthy discussion that he did not win, he threw my license and debit card on the desk (did not hand it to me) and rudely showed me out of his office. It was all I could do not to go off on this guy, but sadly I was still more professional than he was. Even if I was thinking of keeping my account with Chase, I would not after that interaction... it sealed the door closed on future business with Chase for me. Later Chase!
