I was a new customer to this branch when I went in to order checks and make sure my address was changed. Valerie helped me and she was excellent. She showed me how to use my phone as my debit card in addition to taking care of my other needs. I never felt like she was trying to rush me the way some tellers do. Definitely would recommend.

the worse customer service. Totally lost why a bank was made in the first place. I would rather not ever deal with them again. The whole company an all employees should have lost there jobs an should face criminal charges for fraud and theft. The company should loose everything an be sold

Haven't been impressed lately. Seems every time you are there they have an entire brand new crew. Guess they must be hard to work for? And don't think for one minute they want you to deposit money. Yes, you read that right. You have to surrender your ID. Make sure YOU get back, as they will forget to give it back. Atm only works 1/2 the time through the drive through, but seems to work pretty good outside the main entrance. The lot is always clean. And is well lit at night. However the mouth of the drive can be rough. I would suggest looking into other banks and compare what is available and make sure that you ask about hidden fees.
