It’s a great place to work and learn. I loved the residents! it was such a great experience to interact and learn from people of all walks of life. The benefits are impeccable and they really do work with your schedule here. I spent almost four years working here and I’ve learned so much. I’ve had some ups and downs here but for the most part its near a perfect place to plan a career or long term employment.

I loved the experience I had over the years that I worked at Royal Oaks. It was the residents that lived there that made Royal Oaks such a wonderful place to work. I was fortunate to even have received a full scholarship to school. I can thank Royal Oaks for providing me with resourses I needed to be successful. Thanks to Royal Oaks for providing me with a professional foundation. As grateful as I am for Royal Oaks there is one fundamental flaw LEADERSHIP as a former (by choice) manager the political twisted work environment was something you could never get used to. It's sad, they have no real overhead and get away with treating employees awful. They are fake and put on great facade. I do not want to come across as bitter ex-employee because they are wonderful at what they get right as far as taking exceptional care of elderly in a resort style environment. And to whoever is going to read and try to reply I have spoken to the CEO and wasted my time. Future employees should ask about turn over rates and employee satisfaction.
