Great place, went here for years while living in AZ. The classes are great for beginning and advanced students.

I wish there were more than five stars to give! The assistance I received was invaluable and I am very grateful. Great service!

Wonderful layout for a ceramic store. Have room to carefully look at all the bisque pieces. Everything is spaced to easily read and reach for what you want.

Sometimes, you would have to call them to see if they currently have any.
They have a lot of new greenware. So it's likely they have lamps. The website has a phone number. They have a very helpful staff.
I know you should have the receipt with you.And probably give them a call before you go,so they can direct you on how to proceed.
Marjon carries the following iron oxides: yellow, black, red and brown (red is the biggest seller). There is also iron chromate. Call us if you're unclear which one you want for your particular application. 602-272-6585.
Yes, Terri. We do sell Intense Translucents. Come in and see us or give us a call. We'd be glad to help. 602-272-6585
You cannot rent kilns, but you can pay them to fire your greenware or glazed bisque. A full kiln load in a KM1026 is about $60, otherwise, they charge by the piece.
We also have a community board where you can post an ad on a 3" X 5" card. If you create the card and include all of the details of the kiln, you can bring it in or mail it to us and we'd be glad to post it. Don't forget to include your contact info.
They do fire pieces for you at a cost, and they have kilns for sale, but they dont allow customers to operate the kilns for safety purposes. Cost for firing depends on the size of the piece. The use skutt km1027s in house, to give you an idea of what sizes they can fire. You can also pay for a whole kiln.load if you have enough to fill it, or a piece large enough. That often saves money. They do bisque and glaze firing up to cone 5. Nothing higher than that.
Krisin is right. They have catalogs of just about everything imaginable. Anything a ceramics artist needs, Marion can help.
You should call the store for that ansewer
04 would need to go below 06. 06 glaze matures at a lower temp than 04. I'm not sure how well it will turn out. I would test it before putting it on anything important.
Best thing is to call Dean the owner if they don't have them he will probably be able to tell you where to get them
I think it might be iron, but i am not sure. It is dinnerware safe, though
