In front of main gate there is a "smoking area" and trash cans with ashtrays there is no smoking inside the ballpark.

There are several. The largest is off 51st. There's a small one in front of the stadium, but I don't think they allow games parking for regular people. You can also park on Clarendon on the front side of the stadium if you get there early.

No...all seats in the lower bowl are amazing. The secret to spring training is to buy the seats in singles...then you sit together. Won't work at the Cubs too many fans...Brewers yes 100% sit behind home plate.
