Great people,...very helpful customer service! I wish I had thought to get their names! Late afternoon on 7/29 I was looking to purchase a good clipper set for my dog (who has an extremely thick coat & was with me) When I asked the girl about them, she offered to go get one of the groomers for professional advice. A very knowledgeable & kind groomer then came over & answered all my questions, gave us her recommendation on which models would work best, & also answered a few questions I had about ear hygiene. These two young ladies are a fabulous example of what customer service SHOULD look like everywhere! 👍

The small animal cages were very clean at this location and the staff were very helpful. One of the female staff helped me shop since I have a hard time doing so with my forearm crutches. They also price matched the crickets I bought to pet smarts price. One of the cleanest and friendliest petcos I've been too. The workers seem to really care about the animals here and are knowledgable on proper care.
