I Do not understand Amazon drivers that deliver packages, when it is RAINING out why they don’t put your packages in a plastic bag it doesn’t take a genius to know you shouldn’t leave Manila envelopes in the pouring rain. I had all my products which were paper back books ruined, it’s not the first time it has happened. I mean hello common sense people. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!

Great place to work during busy seasons (prime month, Christmas), you'll get a lot of overtime. Management is very nice too. But if you're looking to build a career, this isn't the place. If you're hired as a driver, or warehouse person, that's what you'll always be. And when it slows down after holidays, you'll go from 60 hours a week, to 20 if you're lucky. It's great for someone just looking to make some money between jobs though.

Working for these guys last year was nothing short of bad, I gave them my social and proper paperwork and it was never reported to Human Resources. The supervisor or trainee that hired me said they can “make it work without a social” meaning they were alright with hiring illegal workers and I am a US born citizen ( found that to be concerning). Later come to find out ,When I worked a full 40 hour week I only got paid for a day. Immediately left in disappointment for Amazon , the problem with subcontractors for Amazon is they set there own rules or try to jump through loop holes. ABC and Sheffield contracting are as unprofessional as they get

Where do I send my bill for delivering your packages? If your drivers could just toss the packages out the window into my parking lot they would. Every day many packages are left in the lobby of my building. So my building doesn't look like a yard sale, I wind up delivering the packages to the tenants. Again, where do I send the bill for delivering your packages?

Look on amazon.com for jobs
You don't. You witness a string of their vans almost run a jogger down in the crosswalk, with the flashing lights on, so you call Amazon to file a complaint and they bounce you around and then tell you they don't have a phone number for the place.
they send you a password in the last email try to contact your recruiter, or you can do it through help apply
The warehouse doesn't have customer service it is just a delivery center. You need to talk to the regular customer service number
They usually load up the delivery trucks in the morning and then head out for deliveries. If your phone arrived at 1 in the afternoon, they have to wait until the following morning because all the delivery vehicles are already out on the road.
Customers should contact Amazon through the website.
No they dont let uif you have a issue with delivery contact Amazon and they will take care of it,I worked for the Milford office
Call and ask
What does it have to do with you Diana?
Basically everywhere within a circle/square stretching from Worcester/Auburn to the West, Providence/Cranston, RI to the South, Taunton/Waltham/Lexington to the East , and Harvard to the North. Including all close and far in between
Because this is a delivery warehouse. They can't have people picking up stuff here. It would be a security risk.
Your managers
Hi Dolores, what does your onboarding paperwork say?
We just had the wrong Hotel
Day employees yes but not the overnight crew.
There's no interview, you have to do everything online.
I'm looking to contact this site. Milford mass. Can't locate phone number
If you are really looking for an answer.. You wont get it here. Contact Amazon customer service. This is a forum more than anything. Good luck!
Usually if you don't hear from employers right away you are not being considered for the job. No courtesy of acknowledging an applicant in the new "civil" society.
