Ordered a job online to pick up at the Milford location and they failed miserably. The job was simple enough--one sheet of paper, all black, with an image on it, on cardstock, which would serve as the cover of some pamphlets I needed. Online the product looked great. When I got there, it had a hideous white border (and the pages were not folded--which I paid extra for). The "print expert" explained that I wanted a product that "bled" to the edge, and that would be a special order. Fair enough, but why wasn't that clear online, which showed the preview product with no white edge? And what kind of a print shop can't do a seemingly simple bleed on a print job? Buy a better printer, folks.
