Would give zero stars if I could. They don't care about the safety or well being of their staff or inmates. Administration usually waits until something goes wrong before addressing issues in the facilities. Cliquey and corrupt organization.

Yes, you can send greeting cards to inmates. They have to be as plain as possible. They can’t have any sparkles, nothing that is puffy or that pops up. It can’t be shinny or have velvet or any other material on them.

I need to get a copy of my GED that I earned while in MCI Cedar Junction Walpole, in 2004/2005. How do I do this? I have had trouble in the past with getting a copy.

The best option is to go into a Barnes & Noble and have it sent directly from them (though some institutions will accept Amazon direct.) You need to explain to them that it's going to a correctional institution and you will need your inmate's ID number and the institution's mailing address.
