I’ve worked for a bank 7 years and this is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. Every time I come here I literally takes 30min to complete a simple transaction like a deposit or withdraw.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this location. The female banker is extremely incompetent. She had my credit card delivered to the wrong address and ordered my debit card incorrectly. There’s no excuse for the bankers mistakes which have caused me a tremendous amount of stress. I banked with BBVA for nearly twenty years and will leave because of this encounter.
