I noticed a woman when I first entered, aisles down. She was wearing a black to blue Bob wig, No makeup, tall about 5'10 / 5'11 with a gap in her teeth. It took a moment to notice after a while that she had nothing to do but to stare at me from afar. She even had her child watch me from behind on the side aisles as well. I didn't even notice him until she called out to him in a foreign language and he removed himself as I turned a corner. She never asked me if I needed help with anything. She never greeted me. She never introduced herself. She asked a following male customer If he was looking for something specific. That's what revealed that she was even an employee. Every step I took she took a step too. How eerie and creepy is that? I started to feel stalked. I started to feel very uncomfortable. There's a more professional way to keep up with your customers in store, read about it. I understand you're trying to protect your store. Don't be cheap,at this point, hire a security guard at the door. Obviously, you guys need a more recent review about stalking your customers in store. Apparently, you've been doing this for years. I'm not going to sit here and act like people aren't capable of stealing merchandise. I'm not going to sit here and act like some people can be disorderly, lack manners, and ruin merchandise. What I am saying is that you have to find a balance in catering to your customers with rapport and respect while weeding out the bad people. It keeps you from looking discriminatory, it keeps you from looking disrespectful. P.s. I actually shop at this place often and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. Which compelled me to speak up because I would hate it find another supply store because of boycotting.

On January 15, 2016 I visited this store (which I often visit 3-4 times per month) and used my debit card the transaction "failed". The female clerk presented the receipt to me I asked her what did this mean see replied "oh someone was on the phone it did not go through". She swiped my card again as a credit and I left the store. On January 18, 2016 I reviewed my checking account and discovered both transactions went through for the same amount. I returned to the store demanding my money and spoke to a Kevin on the phone who informed me that the second transaction would be refunded to me by my bank because it showed as a failed transaction and their batch report was correct for that day. He asked me to return in 2 days if it did not reverse. On January 20, 2016 I returned to the store to receive my money because the charge did not reverse. Kevin again informed me that their reports were correct and asked me to return in 2 days. I became outraged and contacted my bank and spoke to her on speaker who informed Kevin that both transactions went through and was not going to be reversed. She informed him to contact his accounting department or merchant to discover the extra money received. Kevin stated he would call as suggested and return my call. On January 21,2016 I received a phone call to return to the store to receive my money. I arrived at the store and the same female clerk stated she could not give me cash that she needed to swipe my card to receive my money. After 3 trips to this store to receive my money she provided me with two 10% cards off my next purchase. I or any member of my family will never returned to this store again. They just lost a loyal customer.
