The car looks good and the guy did a good job! However, I’d give 5 stars if the appointment scheduling was more graceful. My appointment was rescheduled by the shop once, and got calls to ask if I can reschedule it less than 4 hours prior to appointment in the morning. I understand team would like keep better schedule if any customers happens to cancel prior appointment. However, it is not the other customers’ problem especially if the shop has cancellation policy for 48 hours. Not big problem but I’d expect to show respect to others’ schedule when the shop applies the rule to make appointment depends on available slots and cancellation policy to customers.

Zach did a wonderful job on my vehicle today! I had received this car already pretty gross, but even after cleaning it was still rough. Zach made this old car look brand new! Highly recommend!! The price for the sheer amount of work felt worth it.

Jose was absolutely wonderful. I wish I'd taken a before and after of my car to share. We did a road trip with the Subaru of more than 4000 miles through ice, snow, thick mud, and lots of gravel and dirt. Let's just say I felt BAD making anyone have to do this job. Jose was timely, VERY thorough, and SO kind and communicative. My car looks BRAND NEW. Not kidding. I'm so impressed and would give 10/5 stars if I could.

Had an excellent detailing and experience with Jose. I had a bunch of scratches up and down my truck that were in the coating. Jose removed them to make it look like new! Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. I booked a service online, and shortly after someone called me to tell me I had probably ordered too much service, and he suggested a cheaper product, which turned out to be just what I needed. I am very happy with the service I've received from GoDetail.
