We were blown away by the quality of this motel and our first floor room. Amazing value and good location for restaurants. The room is perfect. Other than the smallish towels, this Choice Hotel property is as good as a Hampton or Holiday Inn. We elected to stay here because it is pet friendly and we brought our 75 lb lapdog, Maggie will us on this trip to Colorado. Highly recommend this lodging alternative on the west side of Topeka.

This place was hard to find cuz there were about two more hotels or motel around to crowded parking lot very expensive for 1 night but free breakfast from 6am - 9 am only. The TV controls are very difficult to understand it only had 1 channels .

we were just passing thru. when checking in I told them I would be leaving around 4:30 AM and they made sure coffee was ready for us. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the price was right. Rooms were clean.

24 minutes ago The shower was filthy, the hem of the shower curtain was stained, yellowed, and gritty. Washing/bleaching it might not have been enough. The bathroom really needs a fan but runs so loud we kept it off so we could sleep. The bathroom is ridiculously small..for a two queen room. Open the door to the bathroom, immediately face the toilet with about a two inch space, a have to shimmy around the toilet and sink. No way a disabled/large person should enter. The refrigerator was dirty, smelled, and sticky. It hadn’t been plugged in but at least should have been checked beforehand. Our The thin blanket had a HOLE ..,,and sheet had a small coffee stain. Gross. Family from a nearby lodge were going to meet us about nine pm in the lobby to play cards. The manager told us we could just for “just a little bit”. Perhaps that’s common in little hotels but many of our families are at a bunch lodges nearby because we’re having a reunion. We joined them ay their lodges instead- very courteous. Coffee all night. We paid $ 190 in dog fees, but had our dogs in their kennels.Yet management locked us out of our room once because they were told our dogs were barking. Instead of checking, it was a smaller dog nearby. The managers were not personable, they were rude, the breakfast was horrible, and we felt the mattress and pillow were too soft.
