i changed my rating bc it seems they care about customers, but I'll keep my previous review about it!! do not fall in that finance guy - EXavier - tricks! HE JUST WANNA SELL YOU EXTRA UNUSABLE WARRANTY FOR YOUR BRAND-NEW CAR TO GET HIS COMMISSION! once you buy u cant just cancel it and go back to your previous monthly payment! your monthly payment wont change after you cancel it, unless refinancing it! but, to be honest, it's not a bad dealer! my salesman, Daniel, was helpful to buy my car there...

Great experience having my battery replaced!! Thanks to Mark Nikolas for taking care of the problem and granting the warranty as well as all your assistance given. It started off not too great because I didn't have my receipt from South Loop HYUNDAI which is now Steele South Loop. The service advisor Dillon blanked out the invoice so I had to go there to Parts and the gentleman pulled the repair order as my proof of purchase. I was also charged for 2 connectors in which I was told they were put on free of charge. The new owner should've gotten rid of the sneaky service advisor as well. Good luck.

They took me in without an appointment, checked my battery and alternator and confirmed I didn't need to buy a battery a, but just a charge and sent me on my way ..... NO CHARGE
