Would give zero Stars if possible. Bank hours do not reflect website. They only have two ATMs and trying to make everything automated. No one can help you here do anything with your account.

As many have mentioned this one of the longest waiting line for Bank of America!! There is absolutely no reason why they have only one teller to handle long lines of 5-10 people. There are times they don't even have tellers and they just tell you to come back. I have been to many BofA and this one has the worse wait of all. I can't see why this is so badly managed in a very nice neighborhood.

Questions & Answers

Please provide proof that you have solved all problems on card ending in 3329. You opened another card and still made illegal charges from Relax the Back. Owner told the BBB that he would not refund my money. I did not receive or agree to buy it.

That's terrible!

Please check the post on 11/9/18 from Relax the Back for $4,219.59 minus the deduction of $1,082.50. I did not buy a chair or receive a chair. The Fraud division researched my claim of 11/22/18. They cannot provide any receipts signed by me.

How can I get Bank of America to return all my money that they removed illegally? The Fraud division is the worse!!! I want an appointment with a smart problem solver. Please look at my Oct 7-Nov 6 bank statement and just count the bank errors.
