Sent for diagnostic, gave no information, told me no codes ever are shown for diagnostics and they guessed what was wrong then they recommended a fix that was not the issue as it was already done. The fix the guesses would work was also a bandaid not a fix and told it might work. Then charged 189.00 for that. 189.00 for guessing, no diagnostic, and a guess at how to fix!!!Called them for a week for this bogus information they had my van a week and still nothing. Had to have it towed to another place on my dime again!!! LIARS!! HORRIBLE!!! NEVER GO TO THEM!!! THEY COULD NOT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE PHONE AS I CALLED OVER AN HOUR STRAIGHT TO GET IT TOWED. THE TOW MAN SHOWED UP AND THEY WERE UPSET WITH ME. 😡!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL DONT DO IT!!!
