Ordered to go for the 1st time yesterday; food was not good to me. I LOVE Chinese food, and i have never had bad tasting Chinese food. The egg roll was the driest I have ever tasted; hard to even eat; and they give you one soy sauce and one duck sauce, the fried rice was so dry and tasteless I wondered was this even fried rice; and the moo goo guy pan had 2 pieces of carrots and 2 pieces of mushroom and all the rest was bok choy. Even the soup was awful, I threw it away. Not sure if i got the left overs from the day. I picked up at 5:00 pm; which by the way I had to call in because the website would not allow me to order from the dinner or lunch menu. Tried both just to be certain this was not a glitch. It did however allow me to order the more expensive items. I didn't have a good 1st experience with Chang's on San Felipe. I hopefully will try them again as it is right down the street from me. Sad the food was soooo awful. Not good! Never had bad Chinese food before. This was a 1st.

I ordered special fried rice,it was a bit pricey for the quality of the food.it was only one size rice for 15.70 it wasn't much meat in the rice, I got two pieces of beef little pieces of chicken and maybe 6 shrimps

I had the Mongolian Triple special (pictured) and it came with the entrée, rice, an egg roll, and a small soup. It was a really good amount of food for the price. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious, very flavorful without being over saturated with sauce like some places do. The service was great too, very friendly and prompt. I truly don’t understand the negative reviews, but I enjoyed this place and will be back soon.
