Double health concern. A) Found two bugs on the bed, you can see one on the picture attached. B) Carbon monoxide coming from the fireplace at the back of the hotel, not to mention the noise the people do after 22:00 on such place. A/C or heater cavity be turned on because it will get more smoke into the room, so you have to deal with it. I called the lady at the front desk asking for her assistance and she said she could not do anything and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. The same lady argued there is no GM she can contact at that time, is this behavior expected from this chain? Then I called IHG customer service and they could not either reach the manager and they could only write a complaint that will be taken until next day. The IHG customer service gentleman that took my call was also frustrated. Adding to my comment, the beds are not good anymore, they have a ditch on one side so you feel they are not flat as anywhere else are. Rooms are stinky due to the carbon monoxide inside of the room, if nobody is taking care on this matter, this property should be closed or banned from IHG. At the time I'm writing this review is midnight and people are still there making noise. If you look at the reviews some of them complaint about bugs in the room, and uncomfortable beds, I'm not the only one complaint about that.

The ppl who helped me Stephanie R. And vicki were lovely ppl very nice and helpful. My room was wonderful the bed was like sleeping on cloud they have walk in showers.great breakfast and they have a deck with fireplace outside and heated swimming pool it was all wonderful. I loved my experience will stay there again.

As a IHG diamond elite member I was hoping I could stop in, in the middle of a road trip from one IHG hotel to another to take a zoom meeting without needing to book a room. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. I sat in the breakfast area to join my zoom meeting. It is an out of the way location but has great Wi-Fi they even had coffee and cinnamon rolls at 3:00 in the afternoon. It's an awesome place with awesome people. if I'm ever stopping here or close by this will be my spot. Thank you for the hospitality.

This is a newer hotel, but had a warm and welcoming feel to it. I was highly impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the front desk staff. It may be a small thing, but after driving long distances it makes a big difference to me about whether or not I will return. I highly recommend this property.
