Tables were dirty I wiped them myself. The gentleman who took my order was extremely pleasant and professional. I inquired about the new burger and a lady in the back responded back negativity 😒, but the cashier shined through and stated he was pleased with the new addition. My sandwich was good, tasted like a homemade burger 🍔 off the BBQ.

I stopped here on my way to Iowa. I was highly disappointed in how long it took me to get my order. I waited almost 30 minutes to get my order after I paid for it. If you stop here at the Loves, don't order food from Arby's.

NOT HAPPY! if I give them 0 yes 0 🌟 s ,I stood there fir 5 minutes before I had to ask if someone would take my order! I stood there for 30min watching and waiting, just to see to my horror 🙃 they microwaved my pattie then deep fried THEN MICORWAVED IT AGAIN! NOW IT'S JU AS HARD AS IT WAS WHEN IT WAS FROZEN AND YOU CAN'T EAT IT!

After 10 minutes in the drive thru I placed my order. Another 4 minutes to get to the window and I got my drink and was asked to pull forward and they will bring my order out shortly. After waiting 11 minutes I decided I would go inside and see how much longer it was going to be. They were sacking up my order as I walked in. I said that I've been waiting for more than 10 minutes and the manager lady yelled at me stating that it's "5 minutes for fish and 3 minutes for fries" while showing how many minutes with her fingers. I took my order and left. When I got back to my office I found that they didn't put any of the sauce packets in as I requested. Food was okay, service was terrible!
