Maybe just me but most of the time our orders are missing a few items. We usually have to return a few moments later to complete our order. Also, used to McDs in Overland Park area and noticed the difference in food quality and longer wait times in Iola.

Half an hour wait, with 1 dine in order ahead of me for 2 cheese burgers and fries. They came out cold and crusty. Had to ask for my drink cup, they forgot the sweet in the tea, go figure. Had to snag up my food, even though I had the table tent. I've worked food service, I won't complain if workers are bouncing around doing their job rather than chilling when I look behind the counter. I had fair service this week. Y'all can do better.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. 24 minutes in line to order. Once we order and pay asked to pull over to the side…. When we did two of the workers are Stan doing out front with other people smoking what smelled like weed when there are 10 more cars behind me.

They refused to take my order even though I was in line. The website says they close at midnight. It was 10:55pm when I got in line. They told me they would not take my order. So I went to sonic and they were great. I went back to McDonald’s the very next night to try again. The lady didn’t answer on one lane. So I went to the next lane. She then answered a vehicle that had pulled into the first lane. I said something to my son. Then the lady said mam if you can’t be polite then I will refuse service to you. How rude. I can’t believe this. I’ve tried two nights in a row to give business to Chanute McDonald’s and this is how they are to the people in our community. I’m not one to leave reviews but wow oh wow. People are quick to dismiss local ma and pa places but give chains so many chances and always go back. Even though they always mess up the order and are so rude.
