Many of the employees at Chanute location are rude, slow, incompetent.
The work force isn't the best at the moment, I doubt some care for their jobs. I used to work here.
Well I don't know who the evening manager is. But my husband and I just left there and took about 25min for our order and then they couldn't make the cheese fries with bacon, so he got a med frie and was supposed to get a refund and that never happened. This is the second time with the same manager working and screwed up and slow service. There was some elderly woman in there and one ordered a hamburger and when she got it, it was only the buns. How the hell do you screw that up. Two words come to mind. Meth heads.

If its the red ( I would call it more like pink rather then red ) that worked drive thru today then I would say yes!! She basically threw my sack at me and slammed her window. I had said nothing I had actually smiled at her when I first drove up!
