Four stars, -1 for overpriced amenities. The Excellent: Audio, stage lighting, overall stage presentation, stage visibility from nearly any seating option, THE STAFF! (Great people! Even Security was cool), venue layout, bars and merch stands are plentiful The Mediocre: Main floor is flat so it’s difficult to see over the tall mutant people, food and drink prices are high (just like every other venue) The Terribad: Upgrades are subjectively too expensive and pricing seems to switch to a sliding scale once the show starts, so anyone who upgrades when they purchase tickets may feel ripped off. Lounge and box seats are separate upgrades, and this isn’t made exceedingly clear during the ticket purchase process. Website redirects to LiveNation and gives only very vague information about the venue. My Advice: 1) Reduce upgrade pricing or combine them. What’s the benefit to getting a Lounge ticket if the Box Seat ticket also gives you a dedicated waiter? Yes, only getting a Lounge ticket is cheaper, but you can’t watch the show from there. 2) Put up a real website with actual information about the venue. 3) Get rid of LiveNation/Ticketmaster. (big ask I know, a child can dream) 4) Attendees! Try tickets on floor 2 or 3 for GA unless you can get near the front on 1. Visibility is pretty good all over, but 2 and 3 are sloped, so maybe you can see over the tall mutants (all mutants stick to 1st floor GA please).

Very nice venue, lots of space and parking.

Went to see la Rosalia and was very disappointed by the staff of this venue. I got there hours early so I could get a good view in the front of the stage. The ticket was GA, first come first serve, that is how it is everywhere else, the people that got there earlier and are in the front of the line get go inside before the ones in the back that arrived late, but the staff was walking around the line offering people to get inside earlier if they paid them. Disgusting. Also, I could not get in with my sealed bottled water when passing through security, but somehow marihuana pens were allowed. (Have in mind this is a close space)

Yes, great to see a venue being safe.
Is there any row in general admission? Or First come first get in?
Yes Any type of phone you can record and they check your before you go in no weapons Im just letting y'all know that way you can leave everything in your car. If all types of telephones and you can record, they check you before entering any type of weapon, I just tell them to leave everything in their car.
Tickets are available from the box office inside
Snacks inside the music venue. The post has a large food court open until 9 on mondays
Nope! No test, and no mask required.
There was no age limit I took my 13 year old and saw a 10 year old but it's always good to read the vinu to make sure it might change depending who is performing
When we went to a concert, it was obligated to have your vaccine card or COVID test, to get in. And a lot of people didn't get in, you can check the requirements on on the music hall Web site or from who bought the tickets, as I did on ticketmaster
I think you would need to buy your ticket from online. I don't think I have seen any box office within the premises.
Yes , General admission area is standing room only , big area !
All ages
If your purchase seated tickets there definitely is , But GA doesnt
Yup as long as you get there before 9pm and it's not sold out. You can buy them at the box office there.
If ur going to be standing it's gonna get HOT I was in the Pit and OMG so much fun Dress comfortable and comfortable shoes is a MUST . BE PREPARED FOR A LOT OF PUSHING BUT THE PPL WHERE SO NICE IT WAS AWESOME 🤘🙌
Yes! All lines have signs posted and the staff is really helpful.
general admission usually covers the mezzanine, unless indicated, so any age that the ticket allows.
No it does not. But to be on the safe side call to verify you don't want surprises.
Depends on the requirements of the artists. Wherever you got your tickets from should have that info (ticketmaster, etc)
Seeing as I had to work for a concert night and was there, yes. They'll likely see it at the doors.
I was just there 5/6/22 and they checked for vaccine card, proof of neg COVID test, or they have testing booth onsite.
The Mezzanine offers both options of reserved tables and seats.
I think it's an All Ages, unless it depends what kind of show or event they host.
Usually 11:00-11:30, in my experience
Could be general admission. Standing room only. The comedy show we went to had temporary folding chairs placed in rows with seat assignments.
I wasn't ID'd to enter the venue. If it's an all ages show, you should be fine. Bring your Vax card, though.
Right next door , depending on the times it’s free , but if concerts after 4pm you have to pay hourly or sometimes it’s free
Hopefully you found it. Saw a lot of people who had their phones our looking for their seats, so most likely.🖤
Yes.
Yes..
You can, but need to go thru Google
You do not have to have a booster. Just the 2 vaccines at least 2 weeks before the show. Or 1 vaccine if it's the Johnson and Johnson.
Depending on the time it's fine for teens
I didn't see anyone with equipment. Only phones.
When they have a show. Just like any other concert venue. Check the website. It's not open for public access, unless there's a show.
I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. The mezzanine has tables
Yes it is. You have to enter through the front doors
I recommend you arrive early instead of camping out.
Its one very large area. Only need a ticket if you have a seat.
Not sure. We went for the food haul. Sorry
This place is under construction and is not open to public
