Out of the last 7 times I have went here for lunch (12:00 - 12:30 PM) I am constantly told "we are cleaning the milkshake machine." REALLY??!! You decide to "clean" the shake machine during lunch hour every time I come here. Once I was told this at the drive thru of another McDonalds about a year ago, I decided to go inside to see if the machine was really broke and sure enough, NOTHING was wrong with it and a customer had just purchased an ice cream cone which is the same ingredients used to make milkshakes. These employees are lazy, they are rude, they have their cell phones up to their faces or in there hand.

If they are in a rush to go home they dont care if u are there. They were probably really slow all night figured no one else was coming
I know this was 4 years ago but I was doordashing last night and they pretended not to work this girl saw me at the window and tried to hide. They weren't answering at the drive thru so I went to the window and sat there for half an hour and the woman in front of me kept beeping the horn and then banged on the window at one point and they just looked at her. So yes they still need better employees but honestly since it's the same now I bet the managers don't even care...
