No I work there as a bartender and can tell you for a fact bars are not allowed to accept cash as payment. Card or Apple/Google pay only. Tips are still allowed and appreciated in cash. If you only have cash on hand it can be exchanged for a pay card for that amount at Guest Services.

Yes, Depending on event's host, they may accept debit card. When I was there, they only accepted cash.
