I wouldn't even give the staff 1 star. I,ve been waiting since july to have Dr. Domski do my left side of my t spine that the rt side was approved on may 2cd and had the same codes 64633 & 64634 he,s been trying to do the left side but people are putting the wrong thing in computer when in fact it was approved back in july when Dr. Gary Sylvski ordered them approved july 26, 2022. it just prolonging my procedure and not allowing Dr. Domski to do his job.most of all keeping me in pain. Idk keep hearing new system maybe it not the system it,s the people putting the wrong info in the system. I,ve been a patient for 8 yrs. And never had these problems. If only Dr. Domski knew!!!!

Dr. Custer is Fantastic with the needles..lol I have made it known *I dont like needles* and sedation wasnt an option at the surgical center so I went ahead with a nerve block (ultrasound guided) in the office (in my knee) it didnt hurt at all (IDK he must be that good, I was surprised) and it has Helped tremendously (I have some bad knee days, bad back and hip days too, buts a story for another time) but Im very happy with Dr. Custers work.. Carol & Bridget at the desk in the linwood office are Awesome always friendly and down to earth, Dr. Gary Silvesti (Big thumbs up, hes a great guy) Dr.Richard Domsky (Hes a character,always puts a smile on my face) Thank you RAPain team -You All Rock!

The doctor's and staff are Nice, Understanding and Patient. The office is clean.. and the waiting time is great!! I definitely recommend this facility!!

Well yes they do have a system, but this practice is busy, but if you need to talk to them just wait in line or if you are in the system and already are registered in their portal you can send a massage to your Doctor, I never had a problem with them, if you need refill them you will have to go yo their office but other than that no problems. I hope I was able to help you good day.
