Since my retirement from the U.S.Army I was looking for a job that would be rewarding and a job that would allow me to go to sleep at night and wake up energized to get back into the office - and I wanted a job that was equally rewarding as the military - so I could continue making a difference in life. I found the most perfect job that fills all of the requirements for me to feel productive. I could have easily accepted a job - (and I got many offers - ) in retail or in the Casino industry, but i needed to continue looking for a job that met my high standards. I have found a HOME at - RIGHT AT HOME. I get attached to the caregivers, the clients and my terrific co-workers. The office is run just like the army- and I could not picture myself at any other job on the planet Denise DeFelice

I've worked with Right at Home 13 years. Our company has absolute the highest standards. Not everyone makes the cut. We want the absolute best caregivers for our clients and can never settle for less. The rewards are amazing. This is an incredible place to work which is why Right at Home attracts and keeps the best caregivers in the world. Unfortunately, sometimes a person becomes a caregiver for the wrong reasons, can't keep commitments, or is just not dependable person. We must weed those caregivers out because it puts our clients at risk. We simply won't tolerate our clients being let down in any way. It could be habitually bad attendance. We give many second chances, but at the end of the day it's about integrity. A caregiver must be reliable, so important. Thankfully it's very rare when this happens, but that person may give a negative review out of spite and immaturity. it's so sad, but proves our point. We don't ever let it affect us and the care we provide. Right at Home is an amazing company.

Linwood Right At Home are the most genuine people with whom I have worked. Their compassion, integrity and diligence is noteworthy. Of their own accord they come in early, stay late and show up for work every day. If after hours, the women get on line together to fill or solve a case. I have never heard an unkind word spoken by any employee. As the employees treat each other, the same is for the clients and aides. Pls visit the office anytime.
