I arrived just as the store was closing at 7:59 pm and I already knew what I was gonna get, it would have taken me a minute to buy it and get out, yet they didn’t allow me to get in, they just looked at me and ignored me and signaled with their hands for me to go while I was politely trying to explain that I just need one thing and I’ll be very quick which would literally cause them to work one extra minute but they didn’t care and that is a terrible customer service, just sad, next time I need to go to crocs, I’ll drive further just to go to a different location because after this I don’t want to come back ever.

A bit pricey but worth it, we went to buy restaurant shoes which were a bit pricey but comfortable was worth it and brought some charms for my new crocs. Sales employees were very polite ,professional and funny.
