I'm visiting my mother & we had an eventful day of travels so we were exhausted & needed delivery when we arrived in Orange around 9pm & my 7 year old requested pizza, of course. I ordered online, got a call 20 minutes later that they were out of Alfredo for the dip we wanted. No big deal, told him to order the other dip. I then get another call that the other dip has Alfredo in it as well. Leanne was amazing & gave me the option for a credit then a free dip on my next order at this location since I already paid online. I said, meh, just add something that's $3.99 or add a few extra wings. She was sincerely sweet & apologetic. Received our delivery about 30 minutes later. The pizza, wings (extra were added;), garlic parmesan twists & bites were piping hot & so delicious! The delivery driver was a doll too! This Domino's got it going on with friendliness & problem solving! These girls need a raise!

First Time at this location.. Was surprised that they had tables and you can actually eat inside. Very clean. Worker was very friendly .. my order was right and ready in 15 minutes. Very satisfied.. This is my new favorite dominos

The app always says "online ordering is temporarily unavaliable" and then it gives you the number to call but then they don't answer the phone. Then the recording tells you to don't wait on the phone and directs you to "save time" and order online. Only you CAN'T. So then we go to the store at 8:30 pm and they are closed when the sign says they are open until 12 am. This has been going on for months.

Ordered a pizza and pasta after a long day in the hospital (small procedure). The pizza took FOREVER to come (it’s cool I get that they are busy). When I opened the pizza it was old, hard, and dry. I immediately called the restaurant and the guy that answered rudely said “you can either bring it back or make a complaint on the app, that’s all I can do for you” I was in a lot of pain so I decided to just eat the pasta. The pasta was supposed to have no onions…. Guess what? Onions. It was full of onions. I couldn’t eat that either so despite the pain I closed everything up and drove to the restaurant to get the correct order. When I got there the manager was super rude took the pizza and pasta said “I took to long” (within an hour) to get there. She didn’t refund or remake my pizza. I basically got bullied out of my money. I left with no money and no food. I am disabled from a car wreck in 2015, I flew out of the car and broke my neck. I’ve spent the last 6 years learning to walk so no I don’t move fast! But I shouldn’t have to explain that! Teach you staff to be more understanding of people with disabilities! Worst experience ever! Even sat in the parking lot and cried from the rudeness and disbelief. NEVER GOING BACK!

Poor customer service unfortunately or unskilled workers that don't care how awful they are with others. These types of mistakes happen way too often. This is not a 1st...need a more conscious manager & employees that really care about others.
They had drivers they just said they were stopping delivery
