Just finished the installation of our PGT Vinyl Impact Windows with O'Donnell. This team is awesome to work with. Every one of the team members whom we met was dedicated to a positive customer service experience........and we dealt with several of them! It started with Ryan in sales. Then we heard from Amy in customer service. Matt and Dante did the installation. Dave, the field supervisor, stopped by several times. Sean coordinated all the appointments including the service team of Bobby and David. Each and every one had a smile and a "we can get it done for you" super-professional attitude. Finally, the PGT product is awesome and has made our home so quiet inside. We heard that the minimum tolerance gaps for installation of PGT Windows is 1/8 of an inch before spray foam. PGT competitors allow up to 1/2 an inch. You want that tighter fit in hurricane country, that's for sure. MANY THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE AT O'DONNELL! GOD BLESS!
