Very nice well manicured park a short distance from I-10 but far enough away and isolated enough for peace and serenity during your stay. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Overall, the park is quiet and clean. Owner/manager is friendly. Third day there, entire park got power surged...burned up one of my TVs and fried my AC....lesson learned... make sure you have an external surge protector because converters dont save everything and you can't count on owners to protect their meters. Would revisit the park.

Great place to stay. It's quiet and and simple. They have cable and WiFi and still at an affordable. Owners are very helpful and great of taking care of the area. It's a full park but when you get a chance to experience a stay there you will see why. You'll want to come back

Not a bad place to stay, I have actually enjoyed my stay here. This place is well off the main road, is very quiet and very affordable. The only down side are the limited amenities. The shower house is non insulated so it does get a little warm and the water pressure is very low. They do have front load washers and commercial dryers. The owners are very nice. I will definitely stay here again. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 4 is for the amenities.
