This place is suspicious like they should put a warning sign on this company they give hundreds of people an apprenticeship for a year but yet they make you jump threw hoops for what just to not do nothing at all no work and yet they want you to show if your worthy for a job how if you have nothing to do and they never hire you or even help you get a job I think the BBB should investigate this place this scam they get peoples hopes high and up and then they don’t show them anything for it somebody needs to do something about this place in all honesty

I'm a former websites for beginners student and current mobile friendly websites student. I highly recommend their classes for ALL ages and backgrounds and you definitely get back what you put in. I went from no knowledge of HTML & CSS to making a beautiful website in little over a month. I thought I was too stupid to code but as long as you show up, they won't give up on you. Even when you're missing from class, they'll send someone to check up on you. Everyone there legitimately wants you to succeed. I had a teaching assistant reach out to me at 10pm after class to make sure I got help I needed with my small question. I didn't think twice about my question, but the fact he went the extra mile to message me when I didn't think my question was that important made me feel like they were investing in me. The even crazier part is EVERYONE at Bitwise is like that, I just can't fit all those stories in this review. $250 for their 6 week courses is an affordable price and they even offer financial assistance; you just gotta ask for it and they'll help you. If you're even thinking about taking classes at Bitwise, I would tell you a hundred times over to go for it.

Hi Mariah, The Beat Down Slam Poetry event happens every third Friday at Bitwise South Stadium. This week's event can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/events/499217174221654/
It provides offices for tech related companies and startups (multiple locations: south stadium, hive), geekwise academy teaches tech courses and bootcamps and shift3 contracts tech workers.
