I had an excellent experience working with the Fresno Pet Cemetery. The staff is extremely friendly , kind and respectful. The price was very reasonable. I knew i picked the right place. I know they handle my boy Mr. PEE WEE with great respect. Thank you very much. I will recommend you guys to everyone that comes into this situation.

The staff are very kind when they speak to you. If you request a paw print off your pet, be sure that they specify it in writing on the invoice. My family and I waited 2 long months for our girl's remains to be returned and in the end we didnt get a paw print we requested for tattoos. When my call was returned for this grievance, I was basically told I must've been confused. I didn't appreiciate that, especially for the amount of money and time it took to get our girl back after her death. We are angry.

The staff here is very empathetic and go out of their way to show compassion. They only got four stars because they left my daughters pet at the vet's for a week and a half and I had to make several phone calls in order to actually speak to a person. They did upgrade the urn option and took steps to pick up my daughter's pet right away. I would recommend them to everyone who has lost a pet, you just need to be persistant when trying to contact them.

Yes, I just had my cat cremated and its $155 for private cremation and they do provide the tin. If you want to have group cremation and not take the ashes I think its about $85. They were all very sweet and sympathetic.
They are doing my daughter's hamster and it cost us $80
As Far As I have Looked and Searched For and it Seems To Be only 1 in Fresno...
Up to 35 lbs is $165. 36 to 60 lbs is $260. The price comes with an urn, and your pet can be cremated with a blanket, a treat, and a toy. I just took a 3rd pet there to be cremated a week ago. They are very polite and understand what your going through. There is a wait to get your pet back because of the covid outbreak but your pet will be preserved until the process is done
We had to drop off and they charge depending on weight be prepared for a long wait for your animals ashes
They are always busy but they do there best to get it done asap. For my dog it took a month or so. Hope that helps.
I had the same issue, if you leave a voicemail they should call you back later today.
The crematories are on site.
I'm sorry I can't help you, I just went to work next to the cemetery
Personally I ve been there.and they are great people they understand and compation for what you are going through most places don't do that.so any doughts you have dont they will take care of you there.
I used my debit card but all major credit cards or cash im sure. You'd have to contact them.
It depends if you want the ashes back or not
