Parkwood was me and my boyfriends first apartment. We lived at Parkwood for 2 years, and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I NEVER SAW ONE BUG and that was like a very big deal breaker for my apartment search. So we really got lucky, especially picking this apartment online from the EAST COAST not really knowing what we were about to walk into. The grounds were kept beautifully. When the landscapers come to trim the flowers, they'll let you keep the big roses !!! The pool area is really nice to sit and grill your food. There are also ALOT of trees, with lots of beautiful hummingbirds flying around so my apartment really made me feel like i literally lived in a treehouse from my 2nd floor patio. The apartment is also in the cut, so it allows you access to a main rode but at the same time very secluded. Brandon in the office is absolutely amazing (We will always remember you BRANDON !!!!!!) he worked with us throughout our experience, and we actually received a nice portion of our security deposit back in a timely manner. Thank you Parkwood for having us.

I guess nothing has changed since I moved out back in January of 2001. Security and safety for their tenants has always been a joke for them. I have had it after my truck gotten stolen, that was two months after my window was smash and stereo stolen.
