One of my favorite places! Always hear something new that I love and the performances are wonderful. Great conductors. It's a lovely night in New Haven. Also, the building is beautiful! It was built for the organ with pipes along the back wall containing a powerful sound. A beautiful sky is painted on the ceiling, with gargoyle faces scattered along the trim. Just a marvelous place!

Beautiful facility, architecture is amazing, bits very retro, so the seats are still wooden, one downside is that there is no air conditioning, so any event you see in the warm weather will be a little uncomfortable

Woolsey Hall is BEAUTIFUL. The sound is great! But they DO NOT have A/C and it can be unbearable for older individuals and children especially because they still require a mask. They did hand out paper plates to the audience so we could fan ourselves during the performance.

There are garages 3 blocks away, otherwise only street parking near the building.
Yes. On corner in front of building.
No. Try to search their website.
Isemam Met Opera Live Broadcasts occur at Sprague Hall (470 College Street), not Woolsey Hall. A current Yale ID is required, so the broadcasts are not necessarily students only, but you have to be affiliated with the University. Tickets are not transferable.
I usually park on the side of the street at metered parking sometimes near willoughby's coffee and just walk there from there
Don't know. This is Yale's Dean speech to new students
